Q: Is the treatment safe?
A: Our first priority is always the health and safety of you, your family, your pets, and the environment. All of our treatments utilize IPM, integrated pest management, so that we can achieve pest control without having to always apply chemicals. We strive to use as minimal chemical as possible inside of the home and employ other techniques to resolve your pest issue. We also a full range of natural and chemical-free processes.
Q: Will I have to leave my home during the treatment?
A: For most of our services, you do not have to vacate your home. Examples of services that you and your pets would have to leave would be bed bug and flea treatments.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, we have Commercial Pesticide Applicator licenses from the State of Pennsylvania and permits from the Pennsylvania Game Commission. Our business carries liability insurance to protect your home and property.
Q: How much do your pest control and extermination services cost?
A: Typically for a one-time treatment for general pests and/or rodents, the cost is $135-$150. This includes the assessment and treatment. Our technicians will always tell you the cost of your service BEFORE we begin the work. There will never be a surprise bill at the end of our treatments. Bed bug treatments, termite treatments, and wildlife control work is priced on a case by case basis. Feel free to contact us for a pressure free estimate!
Q: Why do you use a vacuum as part of your services?
A: Many pests can be physically removed from your property in our special Bug Vacuum. We also remove rodent and pest droppings so you don’t have to! Pest and rodent droppings can harbor disease so we take care of the mess for you. Vacuuming also allows us to see if pest activity is present after our initial service.

Q: I don’t want to wait around all day for an exterminator, do you offer specific appointment times?
A: Yes we do! Unlike the utility companies that give you a 4 or 8 hour service window, we offer specific appointment times. As a military owned company, you can bet that we will be running on a schedule. Your time is valuable and we will always call if we are running a little late.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
