What happens if termites are found?

If the inspection finds that there is wood destroying insect activity, we will note that on the report. If a treatment is recommended, it will state so on the report as well.

Once a treatment is recommended, the buyer and seller of the house will agree on the treatment cost and process.

We provide treatments for any wood destroying insect noted on the report.

Most termite treatments will come with a warranty that will extend to the home buyer. This warranty can put the home buyer at ease about purchasing a home that has been recently treated.
